We at offroad-motorhomes—or O-M for short—have made it our mission to provide technical support to overlanders on their journeys.

Our focus is on customizing the software of long-haul vehicles for worldwide use and providing remote diagnostics using original diagnostic equipment—just as if you were at the manufacturer’s service center.

A small device is plugged into the OBD port and connected to the Internet—the original manufacturer’s diagnostic system, in this case from Iveco, is connected to our server. This gives us access to the vehicle as if it were right here in our shop.

Only with an original diagnostic tool can you identify and clear deep-seated errors. You can even install important manufacturer software updates.

For globetrotters like Tanja and Denis Katzer, a reliable vehicle is essential. This gives you the peace of mind of always having your own “mechanic” by your side.
