A dear friend asked me shortly before I left how I motivate myself when it gets really exhausting or uncomfortable? At that point, I didn’t know how to answer him too much. Some of my personal motivation has probably already become so normal that I have decided to think about it more carefully in order to formulate it. I actually really enjoyed my time in the steppe and lived in the moment. I love sleeping in bush camps and listening to the sounds of nature. I also cope well with not being able to wash myself for a while. Nevertheless, I also firmly believe in celebrating the festivals as they fall and although every day is Primavera Day in my house, today is Primavera Day:
Our hotel has running water, a bathtub and fresh towels. I carry the rest I need for my wellness oasis in my bike bags. The travel fragrance stone sprinkled with lavender oil provides a balancing fragrance in the bathroom. The travel shower balm ginger lime reactivates me and gives me new energy. Before that, I enjoy the moisturizing mask. The eye care, moisturizer and facial oil capsules help my troubled face to breathe again and my body is delighted with the aromatic ginger lime body oil. I have very little of this leather with me. I find such excursions into the world of the senses indescribably helpful in various life situations. Often it’s just the thought that such things are waiting for me and so I can get a lot of things done more easily and am unspeakably happy about it.
