Orthopaedic shoe technology & sports orthopaedics
I am very happy to support Tanja and Denis on their travels
Why:
True to our motto: Your feet are in good hands with us!
Like every year, I take a leisurely stroll around the Abenteuer Allrad trade fair in Bad Kissingen with my travel friend Joachim.
We lost sight of each other for a short time, I found Joachim at the motorhome manufacturer Bimobil, where he was engaged in a conversation with Denis. Denis talked about his adventures with his wife Tanja. Joachim told us about our last trip, when we traveled from log cabin to log cabin through the Finnish winter landscape on cross-country skis and pulkas. Denis’ stories quickly aroused my professional curiosity and I wanted to know how his feet fared on all his travels. I told Denis that I am a master orthopaedic shoemaker by profession and specialize in the individual production of handmade insoles. Denis spoke of a lump on the sole of his foot that he could feel. Without further ado, I took a look at his foot and realized that I could remedy the situation. I offered Denis the opportunity to come to me in Schwetzingen and I would make him customized insoles for his travels.
Denis knew that his feet played an important role in all his adventures. We therefore agreed to carry out an analysis in the fall.
When I went back to the camp arena with Joachim, I was thrilled to meet Denis and be able to help him.
Interesting facts about our insole manufacturer Christoph Trautmann
With our specially developed analysis process, we take a close look and listen to you.
We advise you from our “point of view”, which is made up of physiotherapeutic & sports science and orthopaedic footwear knowledge and experience.
With our Trautmann insoles, I have been supporting top athletes from all areas for over 20 years. It’s not just reserved for top athletes to customize their footwear; everyone can take responsibility and look after their own feet.
For us, every foot is as unique as the imprint of your thumb.
That’s why I’ve developed a process that allows us to produce personalized insoles for everyone. On the treadmill, we observe how your foot position dynamically affects your entire musculoskeletal system.
A pressure measuring plate shows us “where” and “how” your feet are statically loaded.
The basis for the production of your personal insole is our modern “plaster cast”, a specially developed computer that uses pressure sensors to precisely scan the foot.
It is honorable how Tanja and Denis stand up for others and I am very happy to support them in their adventures every step of the way.
