Extended rest

Although Tanja and I have decided against meeting with friends on our guest day, a number of people come to visit. Among them are Toms sister who is always ready to help and her husband who is always in the mood for joking. They help us fix up Sebastian properly and disinfect his wound again. Since the injury is in a very unfavourable location, I am worried about his health. Every time he kneels down, the open knee bores into the ground. Tom reassures me over the phone and tells me that most camel injuries heal quicker than you think. Still we decide to stay here for another day so as to grant Sebastian another day of rest. The weekend goes by very quickly, and before we know it the days of rest are over.
