I take this opportunity to make some improvements to our Terra Love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nights in Morocco are now relatively cool, between 15 and 18 degrees. Shivering, I get out of bed and decide to turn on the heating for the first time in perhaps seven months. But the display remains dark, which surprises me. After a few unsuccessful attempts and checking all the fuses, I turn to my other pitch neighbor Micha, who is also preparing his Mercedes Zetros 6&#215;6 here on the campsite for a continent crossing to South Africa. Micha is an experienced professional and is immediately on hand to help me.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We are trying to check the Webasto heater with his diagnostic device, but unfortunately we are getting nowhere. After consulting with bimobil and the Webasto service, I decide to dismantle the cupboards in our Terra Love to trace the heater&#8217;s power cable back to its source and find possible cable breaks.<br\/>Meanwhile, I keep Tanja regularly informed and learn that she will soon be returning to Morocco. This good news gives me confidence and I climb onto the roof of our expedition vehicle every morning to do my morning exercise. I have noticed for some time that the insulation of the KCT roof windows has become brittle and is peeling off.
